Sussex Garage Doors Ltd was established in 1992, an expanded with Branches in Bognor Regis and Andover .

Eugene Perez has 16 years experience working in the Garage Door Industry along with Sheila Perez, who manages the Eastbourne and Bognor Regis Branches. Whilst Eugene spends most of his time running the Andover Branch. “Sheila, is always going on about how woman can do two things at once and men can’t, I have to agree, so Sheila runs 2 branches and I run 1, it’s only fair, “ says Eugene. Sheila’s comment was, well amusing.

Eugene , having attended, over the years, various courses at Garador, Henderson and Cardale and Crawford, Coupled with Sheila’s, various management and administration training, gives a wealth of knowledge and brings security to the business, ensuring that each and every door is fitted exactly as the manufacturer would wish. As a result, their doors are fitted to the very highest standard and manufacturer warranties will always be honored. In addition, we have been manufacturer trained in the fitting of all up and over doors, sectional doors, roller shutters, side hinged, round the corner doors, electric operators and others.

Matt, Mark and Dave T our Installers, have all received manufacturer training carried out, the Government CSCS Health and safety test and share our enthusiasm in providing the best possible service to our customers. This is reflected in the feedback we receive and the high number of customer referrals. They work very hard to provide customers with a high level of professionalism. Eugene said, “I am really pleased with the installation team, we have now, we are improving the installation quality all the time and that’s very important to the customers and to me”.

At your home Dave P, will conduct a detailed survey and then offer suggestions as to the best type of door to suit your needs. He will always listen to your requirements and usually offer a written quote, if you don’t want to make a decision there and then. Rhiannon and Kelly, run the Eastbourne Office and Showroom, Rhiannon, suggests “the reason we have a small showroom, although we are hoping to find bigger premises soon, is to allow customers to view full size doors and at least some of the colour options, we encourage people to pop in and have a good look at the doors and motors. If you do decide to proceed, either myself or Kelly, will give you an indication of when we can fit your door, order it and send out an order conformation ,often we are able to give you a date and time there and then when it could be fitted.”

Matt then runs through what happens at your home, “When we have fitted your door or operator, we will go through the features and operation of your new door or motor, we take our time to go through how the door operates, locks unlocks, maintenance and safety tests and our excellent after sales service means we are happy to return to site if you have any problems, hopefully by going through the installation and product slowly with the customer after installation, removes many of the questions they may have .

Our trained fitters can usually repair any make of garage door. Subject to, current legislation. we will always try and repair the door before offering a new door as a solution. We carry out a full lubrication service, spring re-tensioning and check the whole door over for loose parts etc.

We usually aim to carry out your repair within 1 to 3 days of your call. If it's very urgent however, tell us and we will aim to visit that same day. “
