1. Does the price quoted include Value Added Tax?

Yes all price quoted include VAT unless you specify not, such as new builds then it would be Zero rated. All our written quotations clearly state the VAT element of the price .

2. Does your installed price include removing my old door and all the rubbish generated by the work?

Yes, our installed price always includes for removing the old door and rubbish, we have a waste carriers licence and use certificated companies to sort and dispose of our waste.

3. Do you get a warranty will all your products?

Yes, we offer a 1 year workmanship warranty, where fitted, coupled with the manufactures warranties, which do vary from product to product; please check the brochure for full manufactures warranty. We do offer a 5 or 10 year installation warranty on certain installations and products , please ask for details.

4. Do you offer service or maintenance contracts?

Yes we do, offer various levels of on going servicing and maintenance contracts, starting from £65.00 for a full service this includes a safety check for all doors. Having a safety check is becoming more and more important and those renting out garages as individual units or as part of a house , should consider having their garage door check regularly .

5. Are all your products CE marked?

Yes, we do not sell any products that are not CE marked and CEN compliant. You should report to Trading Standards any installation company that offers you products which are not CE marked, it is there for your own safety as well as others.

6. Do you use Sub Contract Labour?

Our fitters and Engineers are employed on PAYE, however if specialist installation is required , electrical or building work is required as part of the installation, or to cover sickness and staff leave ,we do use Sub Contract Labour for these areas, they will be accompanied by a member of our staff, they have been vetted and checked and will be known to us directly. As a family run company, we pride ourselves on retaining the best staff.

7. Are you a member of any Trade Associations?

Yes we are members of the Association of Garage Door Specialists (AGDS)

8. Do you sell all manufactures doors and motor unit?

We can, supply most makes of doors and motor units, we do however have preferences for particular applications or sites, these preferences have developed over 14 years of fitting garage doors and motors and dealing with particular manufactures. These preferences are based on quality of products, after sales service and life span of the products along with ease of use. We are happy to advise you accordingly.

9. Do you have specific Terms and Conditions of sale?

Yes we do and they are available for view from this web site or for collection from any Branch.

10. Do you ever have problems with installations or products ?

Unfortunately, yes, we do, its very disappointing for us when we either make a measuring mistake, a typing error on the size of door or an installation mistake or we have a damaged product or faulty circuit board. Sometimes a fault is outside of our initial control, we work closely with the leading manufactures so we are a trust partner and can get warranty matters resolved pretty quickly, we aim to rectify our own mistakes as soon as practicable and then review why it went wrong and put a system in place to stop it happening again, all with the prime objective of keeping the customer happy. Over the 16 years we have nailed most of them, sometimes we get thrown a curved ball and our installers deal with it within minuets.
